Our company:

For over 100 years, the Dulux Paints & Coatings portfolio has been creating better homes while playing a critical role in protecting and improving the spaces and infrastructure we see every day. Consistently voted one of ANZ’s most trusted brands, our portfolio of iconic, premium brands includes Dulux, Cabot's, Berger, Acratex, British Paints and Porter's Paints. Our Paints & Coatings Brands are proudly part of the DuluxGroup, home to some of Australia’s most iconic brands and 8000 employees globally.

Your role:

We’re seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Dulux Retail Queensland team, based in Brisbane. In this field-based role, you’ll play a key part in supporting Dulux’s strong retail presence by training and mentoring paint department teams across approximately five to six Bunnings stores. You’ll help drive product knowledge, merchandising excellence, and category growth while ensuring customers receive the best possible experience with Dulux products.

As part of a collaborative and experienced state team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to plan your week on the road, connecting with stores across both the north and south sides of Brisbane — including the northern Gold Coast. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that suits someone who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and inspiring others to deliver great results.

If you’re confident in sales, love working with people, and enjoy being on the move, this is an excellent opportunity to combine your customer service skills with your passion for learning and coaching in a supportive, inclusive environment.

DuluxGroup is proudly an equal opportunity employer. Talent is our only criteria. Let us know by emailing Duluxcareers@duluxgroup.com.au if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process so we can support you to present your best self.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-store training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales confidence among paint department staff.
  • Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders to drive sales and category growth.
  • Support merchandising standards to ensure Dulux products are presented to market-leading levels.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement growth plans for assigned stores.
  • Maintain accurate store reporting and activity tracking through CRM and internal systems.
