About the role

This role sits within our B&D Garage Doors buisness.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our B&D Garage Doors team based out of our Revesby manufacturing site, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage your teams’ understanding of their role and ensure they have the training, equipment and priorities to complete their role.
  • Responsible for the accurate stock control processes across warehouse 
  • Coach, develop and train the team in new process improvements and ensure they are sustained  
  • Analyse warehouse flow ,task allocation and SOP’s to determine if areas are bottle necks/ over or under resourced to put together short term and long term plans to improve efficiencies
  • Lead by example with respect to compliance with B&D Group site and Dulux Group safety protocols, policies and procedures 
  • Drive continuous improvement across the site's CI program 

 

 

Skills & Experience  

  • SAP and APO (MRP/ERP experience essential) 
  • Prior warehouse / distribution leadership experience
  • Demonstrated and proven record of showing a sense of urgency and an excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
  • Data analysis and ability to develop and document operating procedures
