Your Role
As the Site Manager for our Queensland operations, you’ll lead the end to end performance of our Clontarf site and play a key role on the B&D Supply Chain Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity for a strong Production or Operations Manager to step into their first full site leadership role, overseeing manufacturing, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance and inventory functions.
You will have full ownership of safety, operational delivery, quality and service, guiding a team of around 50 employees and shaping the culture and performance of a highly visible site. With direct leadership across multiple operational functions and dotted line partnerships across Procurement, Quality and SNS, you’ll influence both on-site execution and broader group outcomes. Your ability to stay composed, lead through complexity and drive continuous improvement will have a direct impact on customer outcomes, operational efficiency and the growth of our national supply chain network.

- Demonstrated experience leading and developing people in operational environments
- Strong manufacturing operations capability with the ability to manage complexity and drive results
- Engineering expertise, whether through a degree or a mechanical/electrical trade
- A calm, steady and solutions-focused leadership style
- Ambition and readiness to step into full site ownership
