What You’ll Be Doing:

As Head of Safety and Sustainability for B&D Group, you will lead the strategy and execution of Safety and Sustainability across a complex, multi geography manufacturing business. This role is central to protecting people, strengthening operational performance, and delivering sustainable growth by embedding ownership of safety and sustainability risks at every level of the business.

Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will combine strategic insight with hands on leadership to prevent high consequence events, unlock sustainability opportunities, and build a proactive culture where people are empowered to run the business as if it were their own, aligned to DuluxGroup frameworks and ambitions.
