Join our Lincoln Sentry Branch located in Burleigh Heads/Varsity Lakes as Branch Assistant and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operations in a store and warehouse environment. This is Part-time role Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering a great work environment, stability and supportive leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and building strong customer relationships
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receipting and stocktakes
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑presented store environment
  • Assisting with promotions and identifying opportunities to upsell products
  • Working closely with the team to support the overall success of the branch

What We’re Looking for

  • Previous experience in a trade retail or warehouse environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A reliable, hands‑on team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team
  • Experience driving a Forklift, or willingness to obtain internal competency
  • Confident computer skills, with experience using SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing daily demands
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kgs, occasionally
