Purpose of a Digital Optimisation Manager is leading the operations and project management of web production, and any other digital requirements initiatives across our audiences in Decorative. This role will collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional teams to shape our digital user-experience.

As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you’ll lead web production and digital initiatives that shape exceptional online experiences for consumers and specifiers. This role combines creativity and strategy driving best-in-class practices, managing projects, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital journeys.

What We’re Looking for:
- Proven expertise: 6+ years in web production, customer experience, UX, or service design roles.
- Digital savvy: Strong technical proficiency in digital products, SEO, analytics, and online campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset: Skilled in turning analytics into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- Content leadership: Extensive experience with CMS platforms (Contentful and Umbraco preferred).
- Collaborative communicator: Ability to work across diverse teams and present confidently to stakeholders.
- Marketing know-how: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and UX best practices.
- Strategic multitasker: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
