What You'll Be Doing: 

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and empower Area Team Leaders to drive a safe, high performing and continuous improvement focused culture. Your leadership ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products, produced efficiently, on time and with optimal cost control. In this role you champion teamwork, elevate standards across safety, people, quality and production, and contribute to a workplace where everyone is supported to grow, innovate and run the operation as if it were their own.

What We’re Looking for: 

• Experienced FMCG production leader with a proven track record supervising teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive CI opportunities.
• Skilled in coaching, influencing and developing team leaders and employees to achieve high performance.
• Confident using production systems and tools, including ERP, payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptable, proactive and hands on, with strong problem-solving capability and the ability to manage pressure and competing priorities.
