 What You’ll Be Doing: 

Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll drive growth of the DuluxGroup commercial portfolio across Greater Sydney, managing a high‑value customer base of 50–60 major commercial painting accounts across the Sydney Metro area. You’ll own specification development and commercial opportunities, building trusted relationships with commercial painters, architects, specifiers and designers, and positioning DuluxGroup as a partner of choice. Working closely with sales, technical and project teams, you’ll add value through strong product knowledge, proactive service and commercial insight—running your portfolio with accountability, pride and a clear focus on sustainable growth.

 What We’re Looking for: 

  • Experience managing a territory and knowledge of the commercial painting or construction markets would be beneficial for success in the role
  • Exposure to sales targets and managing sales cycles;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
