About Us:

For over a century, our Paints & Coatings brands have helped shape the homes, buildings, and infrastructure that define Australia and New Zealand. From protecting iconic landmarks to adding colour to everyday spaces, our work makes a lasting impact.

Proudly part of the DuluxGroup and home to some of the region’s most trusted and beloved brands including Dulux, Berger, Acratex, British Paints, and Porter’s Paints - you’ll be joining a team of passionate people globally who are proud to create, innovate, and lead.

We’re consistently recognised as one of ANZ’s most trusted brands, and we’re committed to building better futures - for our customers, our communities, and our people.

What you'll be doing:

Join our Spray Service network as a hands-on Service Technician, where you’ll take ownership of servicing, maintaining and repairing airless spray equipment to ensure optimal performance, including managing warranty work. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support spray equipment sales and rental activity while working closely with store and sales teams to provide expert technical advice on machines and spare parts. You’ll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver high levels of customer service, and resolve issues quickly and effectively. We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for customer service — with a strong focus on working safely and maintaining a compliant, safe environment. No painting experience is required; if you’ve worked on equipment such as pumps, lawnmowers or similar machinery, we’ll provide the training to build your expertise while you develop both your technical and customer-facing skills.

Our Benefits:

  • Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs
  • Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers
  • Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one
  • Market leading learning, development and career pathways
  • Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support
  • Recognition programs that celebrate your impact

 What We’re Looking for:

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
