What You’ll Be Doing:

As the key Dulux representative for the Inspirations franchise network in your region, you’ll be responsible for strengthening and growing decorative retail sales across coatings and accessories. You’ll build deep, trusted relationships with franchise owners and their teams, supporting them through consultative business planning, regular call cycles, promotional activity execution, and engaging product training sessions. You’ll ensure store teams are equipped with the product knowledge expected from “The Best Paint Store in Town,” while driving increased share of Dulux Group products—particularly within the Tools & Equipment category. In addition, you’ll support the operational aspects of Trade Agencies and Trade Depots, navigating a dynamic retail environment with strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills to deliver sales growth and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience building and managing relationships with small business owners or franchisees
  • Strong sales capability with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within a retail environment
  • Confident coaching and training skills with a persuasive communication style
  • Solid understanding of retail store operations and what drives commercial success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency
