Lead one of Lincoln Sentry’s key distribution hubs in Acacia Ridge, QLD. As a Branch Manager, you’ll drive smooth day‑to‑day operations while leading a passionate, close‑knit team on the shop floor. You’ll champion great customer service, support staff development, and promote our extensive product range to achieve sales targets. This is a Monday–Friday role, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering stability and a strong team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage day to day branch operations
  • Service all customers, create and transact orders
  • Leading a team of staff and providing ongoing training and support
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customers’ orders
  • Stock management, merchandising and marketing activity
  • Participate in cycle counts and stock takes
  • Financial management of the branch – full P&L responsibilities

What We’re Looking for

  • Ability to work well within a team focusing on servicing existing business relationships
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Warehousing experience and knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Good computer skills
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
  • High numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
