Your role:

We are currently looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Sample Support Officer to join our team. In this creative and practical role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality handmade samples used by sales representatives, builders, architects, and interior designers. From simple topcoat finishes to complex display pieces using micro cement or Venetian plaster, your work will directly support our brand’s presence in the market.

This is a physical and fast-paced role that requires standing, painting, rendering, and crafting materials by hand. You’ll also manage multiple requests and tasks at once, making organizational skills and multitasking key to success. With regular one-on-one support and on-the-job training provided, this is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to grow in a unique and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create handmade product samples to support sales, marketing, and design engagement.
  • Produce high-quality displays and sample finishes as required.
  • Conduct in-house application trials on new, existing, or modified products.
  • Manage the storage, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and product samples.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests while working collaboratively with the broader team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively engage and build professional working relationships.
  • Capability to produce high-quality samples, or willingness and aptitude to learn these skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, including presentation confidence.
  • A positive attitude, with the willingness to be coached, mentored, and supported to grow.
