We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

Come and join our Dulux Stores team! We are looking for people centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and excellent experience. No industry experience is required, we will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands. 

Day to day you will help a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of marketing leading paints and coatings products.  

This is a casual role based in our Dulux Acratex Render Texture & Panels Centre in Dandenong South VIC. It is essential that you are available to work Monday - Friday.

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care 
• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference 
• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best

What We’re Looking for 

You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift products that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

• Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
• Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
• Forklift ticket
