What You’ll Be Doing: 

In this role, you’ll support the strategic management of DuluxGroup’s property portfolio by coordinating landlord engagement, managing property payments, and keeping our core Property Management System (PEPs) accurate and up to date. Working closely with our team, you’ll directly manage a small allocation of sites handling rent reviews, lease renewals, new lease negotiations, and ensuring commercial outcomes that benefit the business.

You’ll work across multiple business units, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guide informed property decisions. Your impact will be felt through accurate financial and lease data, strong landlord relationships, timely issue resolution, and valuable market insights that support the broader property strategy.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • A degree in Business, Property or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working within a corporate or multi‑site environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial property markets and portfolio management
  • Confident interpreting lease documents and navigating relevant legislation and compliance
  • Excellent relationship‑builder with landlords, agents and internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong communication skills and solid numeracy (ideally in finance or property)
  • Highly organised, with great time‑management skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
