We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our Cabot’s State Sales team, supporting customers within the Northern NSW region (from Central Coast down to Northern Beaches area). This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys being hands‑on, building strong relationships, and making a real impact in their territory.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work closely with our customers across 4 main channels (retail, trade, industrial and independent) to grow market share, maximise distribution, and deliver strong sales outcomes. You’ll be visible (predominately out in the field), supporting selling activities, merchandising excellence, and product education.

  • Identify growth opportunities and execute call cycles aligned to business priorities
  • Deliver product and category training to store teams
  • Use sales data, CRM, and internal tools to plan, track, and improve performance
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing state sales team

What We’re Looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in field‑based face to face sales
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret and use sales data 
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory
  • Sound business acumen and problem‑solving capability
