Your opportunity

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Lincoln Sentry, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our new product launches, range extensions, and product changes through providing clear process and communication. Working shoulder to shoulder with your fellow planners, and our Category, Purchasing, and Distribution teams, you’ll confidently shepherd projects through supply chain processes to deliver launches in full and on time.

Here’s what you’ll achieve here:

  • Represent the Supply Chain on NPD/project teams and coordinate the supply chain functions to deliver project outcomes
  • Manage lifecycle changes, including product replacement, obsoletion, and promotion throughout the Supply Chain
  • Influence and partner with various stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes
  • Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes through efficient coordination and teamwork

What you’ll bring

  • Proficient in organisational skills and project tracking
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Demonstrates a bias for action and a driven mindset

Although not essential, it would be great if you are...

  • Experienced in delivering new product development projects and/or Supply Chain Planning in trade or retail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP

  • Ideally 2-3 years in a trade or retail business, with direct experience of new product development project delivery and/or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Microsoft Excel, SAP, Project management training or experience
  • An understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, customer service.

·       Highly organised with effective time management and a bias for action.

·       Effective project management skills, including prioritisation and co-ordination across functions.

·       Effective problem-solving skills.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills.

·       A “can do” attitude demonstrating adaptability and focus on process improvement.
