Your Role

Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for cutting-edge electronics and automation? We’re looking for a trailblazing Engineering Manager - Electronics to lead a high-performing team in designing and delivering world-class electronic systems and products.

In this newly established role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of electronic product development—from concept and design to testing, manufacturing, and post-launch support. You’ll guide electronics design and embedded firmware development for both new innovations and continuous improvement projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management to align development with brand strategy and launch timing, while managing internal and external resources to deliver on budget and performance goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in electronics or electro-mechanical product manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role/s with strong technical problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Global experience is highly valued, including work on products for export or international markets
  • Hands-on expertise with electronic components like PCBAs
  • Industry background in appliances, electronics, or technology sectors highly regarded
  • Deep knowledge of engineering principles and scientific problem-solving methods
  • Proficiency in CAD and design processes: DFA, DFM, FMEA
  • Strategic thinker who matches tasks to team strengths and development opportunities
  • Skilled in cost analysis, product design, and process improvement
  • Excellent program and project management with strong documentation practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher
