Your Role

We’re looking for a visionary engineering leader ready to shape the future of mechanical systems and automation. Join us and take charge of a high-performing team driving innovation in residential and commercial doors and gates.

As our Engineering Manager (Mechanical Systems), you’ll be at the forefront of product innovation, leading the design, development, testing, and launch of cutting-edge mechanical systems. You’ll guide a talented team through new product development and continuous improvement projects, ensuring every solution meets performance, quality, and commercial goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead mechanical and industrial design for new products and enhancements
  • Oversee project delivery from concept to post-launch support
  • Manage internal and external resources to meet budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align development with brand strategy

What we're looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience in the development of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical products
  • Proven success in a leadership role/s with proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong command of engineering principles and scientific problem-solving
  • Commercial acumen
  • Global experience is highly valued, including work on products for export or international markets
  • Proficiency in CAD and design methodologies: DFA, DFM, FMEA, FEA
  • Strategic thinker who matches tasks to growth opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-effective, high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent program and project management with strong documentation practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher
