Your Role
Are you ready to play a key role in our maintenance team's success? As a Maintenance Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Planned Maintenance - you'll organize and oversee all planned maintenance activities, making sure everything is on track
- Manage Contractors - you'll handle contractor management processes with precision and care
- Ensure Compliance - ensure all work complies with our permit to work processes
- Control Costs - you'll actively manage cost control processes for parts procurement
You'll use our software to keep everything running like clockwork. This includes making sure preventative maintenance policies are followed and operator work requests are handled promptly. There is also the task of managing the procurement of spare parts and ensuring maintenance consumables are always available when needed.
Your efforts will support the maintenance team's ability to meet all the needs of our manufacturing team.

Skills & Experience
- Trade Background with manufacturing experience
- Demostrated experience using Maintenance Management Software (MEX preferably)
- Experience with Permit to Work Systems
- Contractor Management skills
- Problem solving skills in a team environment
