What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Bunnings National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and profitability for Dulux within the Bunnings New Zealand retail channel. Your purpose is to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver key financial and non-financial objectives, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide leadership to the national sales force.

By collaborating across teams and leveraging market insights, you will help shape the paint category’s future, maximize sales, and ensure mutual success for Dulux and Bunnings. This role is instrumental in capturing market share, supporting innovation, and delivering sustainable value to both the business and its customers, with a direct impact on revenue growth and category leadership.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and category management within a commercial or retail environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams and with key customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, develop, and guide a national sales force to achieve business objectives.
