What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Safety & Sustainability Advisor, you will play a critical role in strengthening safety and sustainability performance across the Dulux Trade business and the Beverley site. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will empower teams to build strong risk management capability, elevate our culture of accountability and drive meaningful change in high consequence risk environments.

Working within a collaborative, growth‑minded S&S function, you will influence stakeholders at all levels, champion smarter and safer ways of working, and help shape a future where people and the planet thrive, enabling our teams to run the business as if it were their own.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • Experienced safety and sustainability professional with a strong background in high consequence risk environments.
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complex technical information and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinker with demonstrated capability in root cause analysis and improvement planning.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to balance engagement, coaching and firm prioritisation of critical risks.
  • Confident project manager with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and cultural uplift.
