Your role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded Retail Training Manager to make a meaningful impact within DuluxGroup. As we evolve how we deliver training to our retail partners, this role offers the chance to shape our training vision and uplift capability across the business. Sitting within the Dulux Retail Sales Leadership Team, this role is central to building advocacy for our brands through store team education, driving commercial outcomes, and aligning efforts across the national Dulux Retail Hybrid Trainer team. You will play a pivotal part in setting the training agenda, refreshing strategies, coaching delivery teams, and ensuring alignment to our business mission of Creating Confidence in the Power of Paint. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, you’ll help drive results that support both our people and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine national retail training strategy aligned to business goals
- Uplift delivery capability by coaching Hybrid Trainers and partnering with the Sales Capability team
- Influence training content development and implement new systems/reporting in collaboration with the Training Academy
- Oversee prioritization and execution of in-aisle and structured training programs across the retail network
- Participate in national events and facilitate micro-learning engagements to reinforce product advocacy and sales excellence

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in retail, marketing, sales, or training roles
- Proven experience in coaching and training delivery; formal training qualifications (e.g., Cert IV) desirable but not required
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to engage and influence teams at scale
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-focused and proactive, with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences
