Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities to drive growth. Your ability to negotiate pricing agreements and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this transactional and fast-paced role. You’ll also have the autonomy to negotiate pricing within established levels, giving you the flexibility to meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.

With a strong focus on product knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems, you will play a critical role in both customer retention and business expansion. If you’re a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering solutions and a great team player, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business expansion.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively seeking new accounts to open and grow.

• Negotiate pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Manage a highly transactional role, including back order management, pricing arrangements, and exceptional customer service.

• Develop deep product knowledge, particularly in Bloom cabinet hardware, and leverage CRM systems to manage customer history and interactions effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and close deals efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Technical product knowledge, particularly in cabinet hardware, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.

• Experience working with CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage history.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.
