As Insights Manager, you will lead the development of an audience-led approach across DIY, Trade and Specifier segments, embedding modern marketing science into how decisions are made across brand, portfolio, innovation and go-to-market. You will connect behavioural, attitudinal and commercial data to identify opportunities, improve decision making and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders, you will ensure key decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of audiences, helping the business identify opportunities and deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the insights and research agenda, combining research, behavioural, customer and data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Turn insight into action by embedding customer and market understanding into marketing, innovation, portfolio and go-to-market decisions, ensuring insights drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Partner and influence across the business, working closely with marketing, commercial, customer experience, innovation and agency partners to champion audience-led thinking and evidence-based decision making

Our Benefits:

  • Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs
  • Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers
  • Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one
  • Market leading learning, development and career pathways
  • Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support
  • Recognition programs that celebrate your impact

What We’re Looking for:

  • Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Insights, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in consumer insights, market research, customer analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused approach.
