Your Role 

This is a key hire into our growing in-house creative team—and a chance to help shape how Dulux shows up across everything from big brand campaigns to the finer details of day-to-day design. You’ll work across digital, print, and everything in between, helping bring clarity, consistency, and a bit of edge to how we communicate.

You’re someone who knows how to make things look great—and knows why they need to. You’ll help evolve our visual identity, build out design systems, and create work that’s smart, clean, and genuinely useful. You’ll be collaborating with creatives, marketers, and stakeholders across the business, and you’ll have a hand in shaping the design culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing across a wide range of formats—digital (web, email, social, CRM), print (brochures, POS, packaging), and campaign assets.
  • Translating brand strategy into visual ideas that feel clear, relevant, and human.
  • Collaborating with UX, developers, marketers, and agency partners to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences.
  • Building and evolving design systems that support consistency and creativity.
  • Applying your skills across Figma, Adobe CC, motion tools, and whatever else gets the job done.
  • Staying sharp on design trends and knowing when to push the work (and when not to).
  • Helping shape the visual identity of one of Australia’s most iconic brands.

 Skills & Experience  

  • A strong grasp of UI/UX and user-centred design, with a passion for crafting intuitive, responsive digital experiences.
  • Experience building design systems and working within brand guidelines—while knowing when to push the boundaries.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and communicates ideas with clarity and flair.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple creative projects with ease.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JS—especially if you love working closely with developers.
  • A background in fast-paced creative environments like agencies or tech companies, where ideas move fast and impact is real.
  • Motion design chops (After Effects, Premiere Pro) that bring stories to life through animation and video.
  • A curious mindset and a drive to stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and techniques.
