Dulux Powder Coatings is a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded decorative paints, texture coatings, protective coatings, industrial coatings, and woodcare coatings. Dulux Powder Coatings specifically focuses on providing high-quality powder coatings for various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Your role
Reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role is responsible for managing and maintaining the supply processes associated with the Powders, Automotive and Industrial business, across Australia and New Zealand. The Supply Planner will review master data, managing the order process with suppliers and review inventory to minimise risk whilst also ensuring product availability to meet customer needs.
The role will assist with range reviews and obsoletions, ensuring all master data (ABC’s, safety stock and forecasts) are aligned and set correctly including assisting with generating reports and preparing information for the monthly S&OP process.
The Supply Planner position is a key integration point between Marketing, Finance, our suppliers, and the Supply Chain function. This role maintains and manages the end-to-end Supply process (including placing orders, delaying/cancelling orders, reviewing lead times, MOQ’s) to ensure continuous supply of products to customers whilst optimising SLOB’s/inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management (ABC, Safety stock, MRP Profile, Obsoletion Notices) in ERP system
- Inventory policy and calculations
- Place weekly and monthly PO’s, as required
- Prepare monthly inventory reports, blocked stock and projected inventory
- Support with key supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives
- Work with suppliers (including international ones) on issues and priorities

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply Chain and/or previous planning experience; knowledge of supplier management, safety stock policies and master data reviews and SLOBs
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience in working with large sets of data, proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of S&OP process, supply and inventory management practices and procedures
- Confident and influential communicator with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders
