What You'll Be Doing

As our National Stores Coordinator, you'll be the central link between our Dulux Trade stores and support teams, coordinating communications, asset management, promotions, campaigns and store awards across the national network. You'll support store fit-outs, refurbishments and upgrades by managing CAPEX requests, purchase orders and project administration in SAP, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with Store Managers, Network Area Managers, Marketing and key stakeholders across the business, you'll keep the network informed of product updates, promotions, service changes and business initiatives, while helping deliver expos, local activations, product launches and other trade marketing activities that drive store performance and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a retail, store operations, project coordination or administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator who can build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience managing invoices, purchase orders or project administration activities
  • Strong systems capability, including experience with SAP, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a national team
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for supporting operational excellence
