What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll enhance how the business accesses, understands and uses data through automation, intuitive dashboards and commercial analytics. You’ll analyse sales, volume, mix, margin and cost performance, delivering clear insights into key drivers such as pricing, promotions and profitability to support timely decision‑making.
Working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, you’ll prepare performance reporting, automate recurring insights, and own the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards. You’ll also support budgeting and forecasting, explain variances, and enjoy digging into the “why” behind the numbers to identify opportunities that drive revenue, margin and overall P&L performance.

What We’re Looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Analytics or a related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3 – 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, business partnering or analytical roles
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with experience using Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- High attention to detail, strong data governance mindset, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
- Someone who is naturally curious, digitally minded, collaborative and reliable
