What You’ll Be Doing:
Become the driving force behind one of Australia’s most iconic brands. As the Brand Manager for our exterior paints portfolio, you’ll shape and execute bold marketing strategies that set us apart, using your creativity and consumer insight to launch innovative campaigns and products.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, collaborating with talented teams, engaging with key customers, and seeing your ideas come to life in stores across the country. Your work will directly influence brand growth, market share, and the way consumers experience Dulux.

What We’re Looking for:
- Proven experience managing consumer-focused brand and product portfolios, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong track record of launching innovative products and executing impactful marketing campaigns in retail or trade environments.
- Ability to generate and apply consumer insights to drive brand growth and differentiation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with experience working cross-functionally and partnering with key customers.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach to delivering measurable business outcomes.
