What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join Dulux Trade in a hybrid sales and customer support role. This position plays a key role in supporting our trade customers both over the phone and in-store, helping to strengthen relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of Australia’s most trusted brands.

This role is a combination of outbound sales support activities with hands-on customer service and trade support.

This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week based at our Maroochydore, Dulux Trade Centre Store. The ability to work Monday - Friday and rostered Saturday mornings is essential.

What We’re Looking for

• Conduct outbound calls to Dulux Trade account holders to build relationships, understand needs, and identify growth opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in-store
• Accurately mix and tint paint products
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong listening skills with an empathetic and curious approach
• Able to work accurately in a hands-on trade or retail environment
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or trade environments is preferred
