What You’ll Be Doing:

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre stores in West Melbourne, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you’ll work hands-on with a close-knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market-leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Lead and manage retail teams through strong, hands-on communication, working both in and on the business to deliver business plans and key initiatives.
  • Drive store performance through coaching, engagement, and empowerment to achieve operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage store budgets, KPIs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficient operations.
  • Champion outstanding customer service by embedding a customer-first mindset across the team.
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture with a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and compliance
