Your role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Analytics Lead to join our Trade business on a 12-month, fixed term contract. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights and help transform data into a powerful strategic asset. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Stores, and wider Trade functions to enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership and technical expertise. You’ll shape and execute the analytics roadmap, champion data literacy, and drive self-service capabilities across the business. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting the growth and success of our Trade business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Define and deliver the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Trade Analytics Manager.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are consistently applied.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to understand needs and deliver meaningful insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in business intelligence or data analytics, including leadership experience.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling (DAX, Power Query, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience in retail, store operations, or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
