About the Role 

As a Production Team Member with Dulux Powder Coatings, you will be responsible to work through the manufacturing process of our product from batching to extrusion, milling and pack off.

The position is full time, permanent, offering you a 3-day weekend! You'll be working Monday-Thursday (10-hour days, 6am- 4.30pm) with Friday as optional overtime.

Whilst previous relevant experience is ideal, it is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Batching of raw materials into mixing bowl
  • Operation of extrusion machines and movement of chip bins
  • Operation and cleaning of grinding machine

 Skills & Experience

  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills
  • A good level of fitness and able to lift up to 25 kgs
  • Ideally, previous experience in machine operation or stores/warehouse/manufacturing environments
