What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs across sales, branch and customer support teams
- Lead product and category training to support new product launches and commercial priorities
- Build and manage a structured capability development framework and training calendar
- Embed onboarding programs that accelerate new starter success
- Leverage data, reporting and insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class training experiences
- Drive engaging delivery across face-to-face, digital and train-the-trainer formats

What We’re Looking for
- Previous experience in learning & development, training, or customer-facing roles
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in B2B, trade, retail or customer service environments (preferred)
- Expertise and passion for progressive learning and development theory
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link capability to business outcomes
- Confident facilitator with engaging presentation and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
