We have an exciting leadership opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead our ANZ Powders, Industrial and Refinish business. You’ll oversee our sites in Dandenong and Auckland, NZ managing experienced Site Managers and a wider team of up to 70 people. You’ll focus on driving performance across all areas including safety & sustainability, quality, production, maintenance, logistics and planning.

We invite leaders currently at this level or looking to step up to apply. Your strong commercial acumen and supply chain exposure, beyond just production are key.

You’ll be a supportive, inspiring leader empowering your team to work cohesively, providing them with a clear vision of business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving ongoing benefit to support the business growth ambitions
  • Optimising output, quality and safety performance, working with the team
  • Monitoring and improving performance by providing structure, direction and KPI's
  • Managing operational costs and budgets for business benefit
  • Overseeing the logistics and export operations for the business unit

Skills & Experience:
