What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the end‑to‑end operational performance of the Dulux Powders manufacturing and warehousing sites in Glenfield. This high‑impact leadership role oversees safety, production, quality, maintenance, supply chain integration, financial performance, and people leadership across ~35 direct/indirect reports and a broader on‑site population of 90–100.

This role is pivotal in maintaining culture, operational stability, and performance continuity.

You’ll lead two core operational areas:

  • Factory (Production)
  • Warehousing (Raw Materials & Finished Goods)

The site spans a split layout connected by a shared pathway, requiring strong oversight across both zones. You’ll manage aging equipment alongside major CapEx programs—including multi‑million‑dollar mill replacements—while navigating a complex matrix of stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and national leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Strong manufacturing background with exposure to complex, multi‑functional sites
  • Experience managing large teams and/or multi‑site or multi‑discipline operations
  • Proven capability in CI, Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with dotted‑line stakeholders
  • Strong influencer—able to engage senior leaders and long‑tenured staff, collaborative leader who unifies diverse groups around shared goals
  • Financial acumen and budget ownership experience
  • Understanding of quality systems, ISO standards, compliance frameworks
