About the role

We are growing our Marketing and Innovation team at Lincoln Sentry and we are on the hunt for exciting new talent to join us as one of Australia’s leading distributors of premium quality hardware and components to the cabinet making, window, door and glazing industries.

As an integral part of the team, this role will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand visual assets that inspire and motivate consumers/customers to partner with us. This includes visual content for digital and traditional channels, including Lincoln Sentry-owned websites and social channels.

Not only will you get the opportunity to work with a great leader but you’ll also collaborate with key subsystems within DuluxGroup and develop the overall visual feel of projects from concept to finished collateral. Key to your success in the role will be your ability to ensure project deliverables are met, and adhere to the brand standards of Lincoln Sentry and the product brands we distribute.

You’ll have the ownership and the support you need to succeed, so that you can flex your creative muscle and bring your own ideas and approach to projects. From start to finish you’ll work on the design of flyers, brochures, advertisements (digital and print), newsletters, packaging, signage and other collateral. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your creative skills, freedom to seek out new threads to your role, and add value within our Marketing and Innovation team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of effective high quality material that meets required output specifications e.g. resolution, file type
• Creation and manipulation video and images into engaging assets that support projects
• Coordination of photography, videography, image retouching and composition
• Design and development of animations, presentations, and video clips for web and social media channels

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications in graphic design, digital design, or a related field OR relevant professional experience (a mix of both corporate and agency, is desirable)
• Solid, broad experience creating content that translates seamlessly across digital and non-digital media including a strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration, animation, and video
• Ability to clearly present design concepts for campaigns and projects that are visually appealing and engaging
• Extensive, in-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Powerpoint
