What You’ll Be Doing:
As a ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our ServiceNow ecosystem, driving improvements that uplift how our people engage with IT services. You will guide the evolution of our platform, champion best practice development and empowering ways of working that reflect our growth mindset and people first culture.
In this role, you will collaborate across teams, optimise ITSM processes, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that support our organisation to run the business like it is their own.
