Your Role:

Are you a driven and resilient sales professional with a passion for the construction industry? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Residential BDM. In this role, you'll engage with a wide range of residential builders—from boutique firms constructing 50 homes per year to major industry players like Metricon. Your mission will be to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and promote our diverse range of solutions beyond just paint and texture.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives on building connections, and is eager to grow within a company known for its market leadership and innovation. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and ready to learn about our diverse product range and customer solutions. Confidence with cold calling and a passion for helping customers succeed will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders of varying sizes, from boutique to major players like Metricon.
• Identify and act on new business opportunities through cold calling and strategic engagement.
• Promote a wide product range and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s systems and solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.

Skills & Experience

• Resilience, positivity, and a strong ability to problem-solve.
• Comfortable and experienced with cold calling and proactive sales outreach.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
• Background in the construction industry is preferred.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and identify opportunities across diverse customer needs.
