What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the site CMMS (MEX software), ensuring high‑quality data, reporting and system effectiveness
- Develop dashboards and insights to drive maintenance performance, reliability and compliance
- Build, review and continuously improve preventive, statutory and condition‑based maintenance programs
- Create detailed maintenance job plans covering scope, labour, materials, tools and safety requirements
- Coordinate contractors, shutdowns, outages and major planned maintenance activities
- Contribute to the design and setup of maintenance systems for a new factory, supporting PM strategies, planning standards and Opex/Capex improvement project

What We’re Looking for:
- Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Machinist, Electrical/Instrumentation) and/or tertiary engineering qualification
- Strong interest in early‑stage asset and factory lifecycle involvement
- Solid CMMS capability including asset registration, job planning, PM development and system administration
- A collaborative, improvement‑driven mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and technical disciplines
- A practical, problem‑solving approach and willingness to be hands‑on in a manufacturing environment
The role requires flexibility with working hours, ideally starting between 6am and 8am to align with the shifts of the trades team members within our production site.
