What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end‑to‑end trade activations including industry expos, conferences and customer events — from concept to execution
  • Deliver shopper marketing activations, partnering closely with sales, focused on the professional / trade (pro user) segment
  • Create sales enablement tools such as product catalogues, trade presenters, guides, training materials and branded merchandise
  • Manage POS production, warehousing and freight, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency
  • Track KPIs, ROI and performance, using insights to continuously optimise activation effectiveness
  • Act as a key connector between marketing, sales and technical teams

This role offers a gateway into brand and broader marketing careers and is suited to early‑career marketers (including graduates) who are eager to build practical, hands‑on experience.

What We’re Looking for

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field with some foundational experience in marketing activation, shopper marketing or trade marketing (hardware, building or FMCG experience, highly regarded)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Highly proactive, organised and outcome focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally across all levels of the business
  • A creative, solutions‑focused mindset with a bias for action
