What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team in a permanent, ongoing position. This role offers flexibility, requiring three days per week, with the ability to choose working days based on availability. You will be responsible for managing two Bunnings stores and four independent retailers, with a split of responsibilities across Dulux Retail and Cabots. There is also scope for additional brand ambassador work, adding variety to the role. In this position, you will manage key customer relationships, carry out sales activities and oversee merchandising tasks such as maintaining the colour wall, ordering colour chips and ensuring tinters and merchandising materials are kept in optimal condition.

 What We’re Looking for: 

  • Demonstrated experience in retail or sales environments such as Bunnings, paint retailers or hardware stores.  
  • Strong sales, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate and present confidently.  
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build, manage, and maintain key relationships.  
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively managing multiple priorities in a flexible environment.  
  • Qualifications in sales, marketing, finance, or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
