What You’ll Be Doing
This is an opportunity to be a part of a high performing, award winning operation that is a critical component to Dulux Group’s delivery of products to customers.
Based at our Gracefield (Lower Hutt) you will provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls from retail, trade and commercial customers, process orders, claims and enquiries. No two days are ever the same in this complex and exciting role where you can have a real impact across the entire Dulux Group. It's a great chance to work as part of a collaborative, friendly and supportive team!
The shift time for this position is 10.30am - 7pm, this time is consistent and doesn't rotate. There is also an initial 7 week training programme which runs 9am - 5.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and professional customer service
- Maintain relationships with key customers and consumers and their requirements
- Work within business service levels across all channels (i.e. phone, email, and digital)
- Respond and follow through customer queries by providing updates and resolutions
- Process and follow up customer orders and claims

What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will have an excellent phone manner and be a clear and professional communicator. You'll also need to be a capable and efficient multi tasker - this is a busy role with multiple priorities on your daily to do list! You will have sound analytical skills with ability to work with complex data. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience within customer service/ call centre environments
- Data entry or administration exposure
- Confidence with computers
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information
