What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate Dulux’s growth across the southern suburbs and regional corridor. This is a high‑impact role focused on deepening existing customer relationships, increasing wallet share, and delivering tailored solutions across the DuluxGroup Decorative Paints portfolio. As part of the Dulux Trade Sales Team, you’ll thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and fast‑paced environment, with a strong focus on transactional sales, rapid onboarding, and profitable growth—building trusted partnerships with trade painters and commercial contractors while helping an iconic brand continue to win.

What We’re Looking for:
- Demonstrated sales success in trade‑facing business development or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience converting qualified Tele Sales leads into long‑term, high‑value customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills where you can build strong, trusted partnerships with trade painters and commercial contractors
- Influence, negotiate, and adapt your selling style to win with different customer needs
- Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and focused on consistent growth outcomes
