What You’ll Be Doing:

The Fosroc Market Support Officer (MSO) is a critical support role within the Fosroc Sales team, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and providing essential administrative, CRM, safety, and specification support. Operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, the MSO manages multiple priorities to enable effective sales execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating Fosroc training bookings, supporting the sales team with customer portals such as Felix, Ariba, and Aconex, and managing leads and project pipelines. The role also ensures accurate CRM maintenance and provides ongoing support to enhance sales productivity and visibility. Working closely with the NSM, SSM, and the broader sales team, the MSO plays a vital role in executing strategic priorities and ensuring the seamless delivery of both financial and non‑financial objectives.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative support to the Fosroc sales team, delivering responsive and customer‑focused assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support sales leadership by anticipating business and customer needs, assisting with field activities, promotions, project forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate training calendars, manage CRM data, project pipelines, and support the effective use of sales systems including SAP and internal platforms.
  • Monitor sales cost centre expenditure against budget and implement, record, and track safety control measures for the sales force.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver projects, applying strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team with excellent time management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
