Your Role

Join our dynamic team in Clontarf QLD as a Despatch Officer. This full-time, permanent role supports our despatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive individual. It is a high engagement and busy role, perfect for someone that enjoys working in administration and support. You will work with varied stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product shipments and batch processing
  • Communicate shipment details to internal and external customers
  • Use SAP and Excel to manage dispatch tasks and generate reports
  • Liaise with truck drivers and manage dispatch mailbox
  • Support internal and external customers via email and phone

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and adaptable to last-minute changes
  • Experience in admin or sales admin roles is highly regarded
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
