What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll provide the financial insights and performance reporting that help shape strategic decisions across DuluxGroup's $4B business. Partnering with senior leaders across the Group, you'll deliver Board and Executive-level reporting, analyse business performance, support investor reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and reporting capability. You'll play a key role in turning complex financial data into meaningful commercial insights that support growth, performance and better business outcomes.

What We’re Looking for:
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or a related discipline, with CA or CPA accreditation.
- Strong financial reporting, accounting and commercial analysis capability.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Experience partnering with and influencing with senior stakeholders
- A track record of improving processes, systems and reporting outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of financial systems and consolidation processes, with OneStream experience highly regarded.
- Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
