What You’ll Be Doing: 

As Digital & Campaign Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated, audience‑led marketing that brings Cabot’s Premium Woodcare Brands to life across digital, social, retail, content and traditional channels. You’ll lead multi‑channel campaigns from strategy to optimisation, drive performance across SEO, SEM and paid media, and use data, AI‑enabled insights and experimentation to continually lift results.

Acting as custodian of our digital ecosystem, you’ll oversee websites, MarTech, platform enhancements and agency partnerships, while translating reporting and market insights into clear actions. You’ll also elevate retailer and reseller content, support CRM and customer experience initiatives, and ensure best‑practice governance—making this a high‑impact role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, performance and technology.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management or content production
  • Hands‑on experience managing websites using CMS platforms such as Contentful or Umbraco
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and digital analytics tools
  • Proven capability across SEO, SEM and paid media reporting and optimisation
  • Creative, innovative thinker with strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Highly organised self‑starter with strong data interpretation, agency and project management skills
