AcraTex Territory Manager - Roofing

Your role:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Roofing Territory Manager to join our Dulux Acratex team, with a focus on optimizing profitability and growing market share across our Roofing customer segments and associated product categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performance team and be part of a well-recognized, trusted brand.

In this dynamic, field-based role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with contractors, trade stores, and key influencers in the roofing industry. You’ll work closely with our Dulux Trade Centres and Inspirations Store networks to drive growth, provide product support, and ensure excellent service delivery. With a strong focus on people, networking, and influence, you’ll play a vital role in shaping success across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market share growth in roofing and aligned product categories through strong relationships with contractors and industry influencers.
• Engage in regular face-to-face sales conversations and networking across all communication channels.
• Partner with Dulux Trade Centres and Inspirations Stores to support growth and local engagement.
• Provide field support and insights to internal teams across the Acratex business.
• Work independently to develop and execute territory plans aligned to sales targets and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales roles.
• Strong CRM and IT systems knowledge, with structured call planning experience.
• Proven ability to grow product or service categories through sales and customer engagement.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and solution-based thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
