What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers enabling sales and our growth ambitions.
As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers. You will innovate with customers, challenging the status quo and establish needs for additional products/services.

You will be working with our top independent/prefab partners across QLD and would be required to travel within Queensland on quarterly basis.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer portfolios, drive sales, and represent the brand
- Build customer confidence through brand, product, and local market knowledge
- Execute strategies to generate demand, meet sales targets, and achieve KPIs
- Manage time effectively for customer visits and call cycles
- Build strong business relationships with dealers, driving joint growth initiatives for mutually beneficial sales growth
- Working with dealers - reviewing their performance, providing coaching and feedback sessions and strategising future opportunities

What We’re Looking for
- Positive and motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
- Effective customer relationship management and the ability to build strong rapport
- Resilience, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of business acumen
- Understanding of the prefab market highly desirable
- Computer and technology savvy- demonstrated use of a CRM, SAP & SalesForce will be highly advantageous
